Scott Ingegneri has partnered with WIML Cohort since its foundation in 2014. Pastor Scott's message on Spirit-led Leadership is the bedrock of the ministry. Scott demystifies and prioritizes the importance of a partnership with the Holy Spirit.

Scott also served 38 women leaders in the inaugural WIML Israel experience. He is truly a champion and advocate of women serving in ministry leadership. WIML is blessed to have him on the team!  

Not only will you hear from Scott during the December cohort gathering, but Scott will also minister at the summit. He serves as part of the prophetic team for the presbytery, in worship, and in teaching. Overall, Scott serves as a pastor at large for the summit. 

Scott Ingegneri is the founder and President of Awaken Ministries International, a movement called to awaken generations to Kingdom culture. Awaken is dedicated to the holistic development of ministerial leaders, creatives, and marketplace leaders.

Scott is a gifted Bible teacher, communicator, church planter, and worship leader. He has served on the President's council for Oral Roberts University and Life Pacific University and is on the Run for Zion and C4 Nashville advisory board. Scott consults and partners in various ways with churches around the globe.  

Scott is also a songwriter and executive music producer. He is deeply devoted to writing and releasing biblically sound songs that will bless and edify the local church. Check out our video library for a full listing of Lydia’s newest work produced by Scott: Anchor.

Scott leads with a prophetic and catalytic edge and is passionate about building disciples and developing leaders. He served as Executive Pastor at Grace North Church, a multi-site church in Phoenix, Arizona, from 2003-2011 before his installation as Lead Pastor in 2011. He and his wife Lydia served as Lead Pastors from 2011-2017, where they expanded the church into a multi-site network of churches. In 2017, the Ingegneris resigned from Grace North Church to launch Awaken Ministries and pursue full-time itinerant and global ministry. 

Scott and Lydia have been incredibly blessed with four amazing children and consider ministering as a family their greatest treasure. The Ingegneri family resides in the Nashville, TN area. If you are wondering, Scott is Pastor Marion's son!

On Wednesday, July 31, 2019, the Life Pacific University Board of Trustees appointed Angela (Angie) Richey, Life Pacific alumna and former Vice President of Enrollment and Chief Communications Officer, to become the 11th president of Life Pacific University. Richey brings an expansive knowledge of the institution, higher education, and The Foursquare Church to this position. She is widely regarded as a gifted educator and future-focused innovator with a proven track record of adaptive leadership.

As a licensed MFT, she holds two master’s degrees, one in Education with a focus on Curriculum Design and Instruction and the other in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her Ph.D. work is in Counseling and Psychological Studies with a specialized concentration in Life Coaching from Regent University.

As one who has served in faculty, staff, and executive roles at Life Pacific University for over 20 years, she is well acquainted with the history and inner workings of LPU from a variety of perspectives. During her previous roles as Adjunct Professor (1999-2019), Director of Enrollment (2009-2012), and Vice President of Enrollment and Chief Communications Officer (2016-2019), she bolstered enrollment, successfully built a media and marketing team, and developed a compelling brand identity true to LPU’s mission and values. As a Cabinet member, she led Life Pacific into its eight-year reaffirmation with WSCUC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges), and continued accreditation with ABHE (Association for Biblical Higher Education).

Angie filmed a documentary on Forgiveness, produced by academy award winning producer, Arnold Shapiro which aired on network television in 2012. In addition, she has built a thriving counseling private practice working with leadership executives, entertainment industry professionals, artists and teens.

She is also recognized voice in Christian higher education, featured in the Chronicle of Higher Education and Christianity Today, and demonstrates a keen understanding of the felt needs of Generation Z, having presented at the CCCU (Council for Christian Colleges and Universities) 2018 International Forum and other national conferences. Richey is known as an active culture builder who has a history of developing and empowering high caliber, diverse teams. Her ability to identify talent in others and connect people with efforts they are passionate about has created a strong culture of ownership and helped to propel the university forward.

Angie currently serves as a member of the Foursquare Board of Directors and serves on the NextGen Sub-Committee of the National Church Committee. Angie with her husband founded the Gathering, a simple church network of house churches that continues strong after a decade. She has been married to business owner, pastor, and strategic executive coach, Lew Richey for 27 years, and they with two young adult married children and one grandchild.
