The WIML Cohort process began in 2014, and it became increasingly apparent that a need existed to provide the “what’s next” for leadership discipleship. WIML was founded on the concept of cohort and community experiences tailored to the specific needs of female leaders. It is not intended to segregate women for ongoing leadership development but rather to catapult them to new levels of Spirit-empowered influence. The Ministry Leader Network was founded with a strong commitment to integrating women and men into a comprehensive pathway that fosters a lifestyle of leadership development for individuals, teams, churches, and organizations.
