Ministry Leader Network
The WIML Cohort process began in 2014 and it became increasingly apparent that a need existed to provide the “what’s next” for leadership discipleship. WIML was founded on the cohort and community experience specific to the needs of female leaders, but WIML is not intended to segregate women for ongoing leadership development. The Ministry Leader Network was born with a high commitment to integrating women and men into a holistic pathway that encourages a lifestyle of leadership development for individuals, teams, churches, and organizations.
The Ministry Leader Network (MLN) is an online space that provides a pathway for a healthy leadership community to arise. You will discover robust resources, helpful networks, safe advisors, and relevant events

MLN is currently in its final phases of beta testing the systems and uploading specific content. All (men and women) who are interested in the network are invited to sign-up now for the grand opening of MLN scheduled for the fall of 2023.

In the Ministry Leader Network, you will discover a diversity of resources taught by reputable voices of leadership. Join the network for access to a plethora of additional important leadership resources. Read more to discover concepts and types of resources you can expect in the network. Resources are available in written, recorded video format, and in live Zoom sessions.
Leadership Quadrant
The ministry leader quadrant is a specific pathway of leadership development created by Dr. Marion Ingegneri and offers a holistic leadership pathway for all leaders. In the quadrant, you find four strategic roadmaps. The resources in the network center around the ministry leader quadrant.

Networks.
The Ministry Leader Network is an online space that offers a plethora of opportunities for networking with other leaders. The space offers private chat, small group chat, and a feed much like you would see on a social networking space. The difference is that this space is focused on leadership and it is a private space. Cohorts, community groups, and teaching groups provide additional forms of networking.
MLN also networks you with helpful organizations such as those who sponsor and/or endorse WIML. MLN seeks to “open the door” of safe networks for you with both people and organizations.
Advisors.
In the Ministry Leader Network, you will discover an entire community of advisors ready to serve your leadership needs. In this community, you will find coaches, counselors, and mentors. Some of these advisors are available at little or no cost and all are available at discounted rates. Advisors recommended in the MLN are part of the MLN team and therefore committed to the core values of MLN. Leadership discipleship is at its best when it includes life-on-life conversations.
Events.
In the Ministry Leader Network, you will discover online and in-person seminars, training, and conferences focused on leadership growth. While the WIML team encourages you to engage your leadership growth in the mainstream of the Ministry Leader Network we do highlight for you on this page events specifically for women leaders such as Essential Conference.
Essential Conference
The WIML team invites you to consider Essential Conference for Women. This conference is for the woman in the pew but since its beginnings in 2010, the conference always includes a leadership-specific session. Essential Conference is worth the travel to cities like San Diego, Charlotte, Phoenix, Honolulu, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Palm Springs. In 2022 the conference was hosted on both the East and West coasts. The 2023 Essential Conference Team was proud to host the Essential Conference in Los Angeles where over 550 women gathered at Angelus Temple to celebrate the centennial of the Foursquare Church, started by Aimee Semple McPherson, one of the most significant leaders in modern history.
