Defining WIML
WIML, Women in Ministry Leadership, is an egalitarian organization postured with a biblical perspective that God calls both men and women to Kingdom service. Within the WIML network one can expect to find healthy environments of growth, dedication to missional perspectives, opportunities to connect with other female leaders, and discover the worldwide champions of WIML!
The WIML team is dedicated to a growing network of women leading with significant spiritual oversight. The WIML network seeks to advise and coach female leaders as they navigate their Ephesians 4 calling as apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers.
WIML is equally dedicated to a woman leading in the marketplace. Business as mission is an important topic that the WIML team is willing to approach. The WIML network seeks to create environments that promote healthy female leaders that serve both inside and outside the walls of the church.
Advancing Leadership Development
It is the preferred practice for ongoing leadership development to include both men and women. As such, WIML works in collaboration with the Ministry Leader Network in providing a pathway for the leadership development of individuals, teams, churches and organizations. This partnership further endorses women in ministry and marketplace environments by offering a mainstream lifestyle of leadership growth and development
