What is the WIML Collective?

HOW IT ALL STARTED

With a collaborative approach, a group of eighteen female leaders completed the first WIML Cohort in 2014. During this same time period, Marion was enrolled in the Masters of Strategic Leadership at Life Pacific University. As part of her capstone, she took a group of 38 women leaders to Israel. During this inaugural WIML experience, women leaders became friends, “Haverim” walking on the word. An unbreakable bond was formed and the need for networking became unavoidable.

The vision was to create a catalytic model of ministry empowerment that could be reproduced by the participants. The WIML Collective represents the multiplication of Marion’s work through the daughters of her heart. The concept of the WIML Collective is to recognize and endorse the sisterhood of the WIML community. While the WIML Collective certainly includes a diversity of ministry opportunities and experiences, at the core of the WIML Collective is the cohort experience.

As the cohort model grew in effectiveness, non-gender-based cohorts began to emerge from the WIML model. WIML is a ministry that operates out of the Ministry Leader Network (MLN).

MINISTRY LEADER NETWORK

As the WIML Cohort grew in effectiveness non-gender-based cohorts began to emerge from the WIML model. A response to the multiplication of the cohorts and a diversity of additional growing opportunities to train leaders opened was needed. As such, Dr. Marion founded Ministry Leader Network (MLN), a non-profit organization designed to offer leadership discipleship for both men and women. MLN is the framework for all ministry led by Dr. Marion including the WIML Collective.

The WIML Collective focuses on cohorts that multiplied out of Dr. Marion’s leadership. These cohorts are independently operated but endorsed by MLN. While the WIML Collective is a collection of cohorts offered to female leaders, this site will also include cohorts that are non-gender based and also endorsed by MLN. The WIML Collective and those non-gender-based cohorts communicated on this page all operate under the same general model as Dr. Marion’s WIML Cohort.

Colloboration, endorsement, and empowerment drive the community that emerged within the WIML Collective and the Ministry Leader Network.

WIML Collective Testimonie

“The tools and prophetic word that I walked away with after my cohort are still useful today! If you are wondering if I should engage in the WIML process, I want to encourage you, don’t think about it, just do it!” Kari Bulman, Co-founder | Immersion

Collective Cohorts

Dr. Marion Ingegneri leads the primary and founding WIML Cohort experience, which has become the framework for all of the cohorts. All of the groups in the Collective are leadership-focused and invite emerging leaders. The cohort leaders are all trained by Dr. Marion Ingegneri and collectively commit to a set of core values within their cohort experiences. All Collective Cohorts are endorsed and resourced by Dr. Marion Ingegneri and the Ministry Leader Network.
