Welcome to Women in Ministry Leadership! It is a joy and privilege to walk alongside you in this season of growth. For the past nine years, I have served as a missional coach with WIML. This year, I have the honor of serving as Lead Coach, investing in and supporting the remarkable women who will be coaching you.

As you begin this journey, my prayer is that you will encounter God in fresh and personal ways. May He strengthen your calling, deepen your character, and equip you for a lifetime of fruitful ministry. I believe the relationships you build, the lessons you learn, and the work God does in your heart will have an eternal impact.

Becky Casteel serves as the WIML Lead Coach, providing leadership, encouragement, and support to the WIML coaching team. She previously served for nine years as a WIML missional coach, helping women grow in their calling and leadership.

Becky is an ordained minister with the Foursquare Church and has served in full-time ministry alongside her husband, Richard, for more than 53 years. In 2022, after 35 years as lead pastors of Grace Chapel in Scottsdale, Arizona, they transitioned from pastoral leadership and now serve as Emissaries in The Americas, caring for and coaching ministry workers throughout the region. Their passion is to see leaders flourish in body, soul, and spirit.

A seasoned leadership coach, Becky received coach training under Dr. Gary Reinecke, Executive Director of InFocus, who equips leaders around the world in coaching principles and skills. Dr. Reinecke is the co-author of Coaching 101 Handbook and Developing Coaching Excellence.

Becky treasures relationships and finds great joy in her family, which includes three grown children, two daughters-in-love, seventeen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
