Since the resources are recommended by a diverse group of trusted leaders, Dr. Marion Ingegneri and the WIML team also assume that the recommendations are as excellent as the team providing the suggested resource. In WIML, we categorize the recommended books and articles within the framework of the Ministry Leader Quadrant, a pathway of continued leadership growth. Quadrant One resources focus on leadership identity, capabilities, and calling. The concepts of Quadrant One also speak to personal responsibility for one's own leadership development pathway.

Quadrant Two resources focus on specific theological conversations meaningful to the leader. The WIML Cohort highlights two specific theological perspectives. First, Spirit-led Leadership is a bedrock of the ministry offered through the WIML Cohort. Second, solid resources on biblical perspectives that support women's leadership are essential. We believe these are solid foundations for a female leader.
QUADRANT THREE

Quadrant Three focuses on the critical conversations surrounding the leader's physical, emotional, and spiritual health. The WIML Cohort opens with the topic of leadership health. Because we place a high value on leadership health, we offer counseling throughout your cohort experience. Our ministry team and speakers recommend the books on this list.
