The WIML Cohort is an eight-month leadership journey designed to help women discover their God-given calling and grow as Spirit-empowered leaders. Through intentional coaching, mentoring, strategic teaching, and meaningful community, you’ll gain greater clarity, confidence, and connection as you step into your next season of leadership.

What is a WIML Cohort?
A WIML Cohort with Dr. Marion Ingegneri is an eight-month ministry leadership intensive. The cohort experience includes coaching, counseling, and mentoring. A primary focus of the cohort is identifying values, resulting in a ministry calling statement. The cohort culminates with an in-person Summit.
If you are looking for a leadership community, you will find it in the WIML Cohort experience. Join women across the globe who activate their purpose and fulfill their callings.

WIML COHORT MODEL
Monthly Zoom Gatherings: These gatherings are three hours in length and broken into three segments:
Mentoring with Marion | In this segment, you will hear directly from Dr. Marion.
Community Group Connections | In this segment, you will meet in your designated community groups with your coach, facilitating a purposeful conversation.
Guest Speaker | In this segment, you will hear from seasoned and experienced leaders on specific and strategic teaching.
Strategic Teachings: Throughout the cohort, you can expect to hear specific teachings focused on missional leadership.
Counseling: A team of qualified and experienced counselors is available to make your cohort's experience truly transformational.
Coaching and Mentoring: A unique feature of the WIML Cohort is the “coach-mentor” model. All cohort participants engage in a triad group, which includes two cohort participants and one coach. The coaches are trained and committed to coaching skills and principles foundational to good coaching. However, the focus of the groups, to discover values and create a calling statement, requires the coach to combine coaching and mentoring skills with a primary emphasis on coaching. The coach triad relationship is a required element of the WIML cohort. However, additionally, a team of mentors with a variety of ministry experiences and life seasons are available for one-on-one conversations.
Assessments: Three assessments are made available to you while in the WIML Cohort.

Merit Profile - An assessment of leadership values.
Intercessory Prayer: Throughout the cohort, a team of intercessors is praying for you.
In-Person Summit: A three-day “in-person” Summit becomes the culminating force for the entire WIML Cohort experience.
Prophetic Ministry Experience: At the Summit a team of seasoned prophetic voices pray over each participant.
Expanded Leadership Network: As you exit the cohort and summit, you will have gained important relationships for life and ministry.
