Scott Ingegneri

Scott Ingegneri has partnered with the WIML Cohort since its founding in 2014. His teaching on Spirit-Empowered Leadership has become a cornerstone of the ministry, helping leaders cultivate a vibrant partnership with the Holy Spirit in both life and leadership.

Scott also served alongside 38 women leaders during the inaugural WIML Israel experience. He is a passionate champion and advocate for women serving in ministry leadership, and WIML is deeply grateful for his faithful investment.

In addition to teaching during the December cohort gathering, Scott ministers throughout the WIML Summit as part of the prophetic ministry team, in worship, and in teaching. He serves as a pastor-at-large, encouraging and strengthening leaders throughout the event.

Scott is the CEO of ACT International, a 501(c)(3) interdenominational nonprofit and the largest missions organization of its kind, dedicated to equipping and mobilizing artistic Kingdom servants and innovative ministries to the nations. ACT provides the structure, funding, community, and support needed for missionaries and ministry leaders to serve with excellence and sustainability around the globe.

He is also the founder and president of Awaken Ministries International, a movement dedicated to awakening generations to Kingdom culture through the development of ministry leaders, creatives, and marketplace influencers.

A gifted Bible teacher, communicator, church planter, worship leader, songwriter, and executive music producer, Scott is passionate about developing disciples, equipping leaders, and strengthening the global Church. He has served on the President's Councils of Oral Roberts University and Life Pacific University and currently serves on the advisory boards of Run for Zion and C4 Nashville. Scott also consults and partners with churches and ministries around the world.

As a songwriter and executive music producer, Scott is committed to creating biblically rich worship music that serves and strengthens the local church.

Scott leads with a prophetic and catalytic gifting and has spent more than three decades investing in leaders and advancing God's Kingdom. He served at Grace North Church in Phoenix, Arizona, from 2003–2017, first as Executive Pastor and later as Lead Pastor alongside his wife, Lydia, helping expand the ministry into a thriving multi-site church network. In 2017, they stepped away to devote themselves fully to Awaken Ministries and global ministry.

Scott and Lydia are blessed with four wonderful children and consider ministering together as a family one of God's greatest gifts. They reside in the Nashville, Tennessee, area.
