Evelyn Falasco has been married to her husband, Rich, for 19 years, and together they are blessed with two daughters—Kaitlyn (18) and Julianna (17). A 2020 graduate of WIML, Evelyn grew up in a pastoral home as the daughter of a church planter, which immersed her in ministry from a young age. As a young adult, she began leading Bible studies and developed a deep passion for shepherding multicultural, multigenerational communities that reflect the heart of God.
Evelyn became part of She Leads California in 2022 and is honored to serve alongside like-minded women who love Jesus and share a heart for building the Kingdom of God. Together, they are praying for an awakening in our state and nation, desiring to see women of faith strengthened, emboldened, and flourishing. Evelyn also serves with the She Prays team, and she describes She Leads California as one of the most pivotal experiences in her life, as prayer is truly part of her DNA.
Evelyn brings a blend of pastoral leadership, mentoring, coaching, and mental health expertise. For nearly a decade, she worked in wrap-around services within the community and oversaw behavioral support across six high schools, providing care for students, families, and staff navigating special needs and behavioral challenges. She is a certified Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner and has received training through the Emotionally Healthy Leadership School by Pete Scazzero.
Throughout her ministry, Evelyn has served as associate pastor, children’s and family pastor, summer youth camp leader, and church planter. In the Sacramento area, she and her family launched a home church that began in their driveway and continues to disciple young adults and families today. She currently serves with the ONE TEAM at Foursquare Church in Credentials and attends Pepperdine Law School, preparing to serve with greater reach and impact in God’s Kingdom.
Jen Lord is a 2018/2019 WIML Grad. She is the lead pastor of Restoration Church in Valencia, CA. As a licensed and ordained Foursquare pastor for over 20 years, she is passionate about cultivating a growing community of disciples who are being restored to God’s love and truth, to identity, and to mission. Jen graduated from LIFE Bible College in 1998 with a degree in Pastoral Care, received her Master of Arts In Strategic Leadership from Life Pacific University in 2022, and is also an adjunct professor at LPU. Jen served on the Foursquare Cabinet and is a preaching mentor with the McPherson Preaching Institute. She is also on the Credentials team as a panelist for licensing interviews and coaches LPU polity students in preparation for their licensing interviews. Jen’s partner in life and ministry is her husband, Craig. They have been married for 29 years and have raised two disciples, Meagan (24) and Kelsey (22).
