MONTHLY ZOOM CALLS
The monthly Zoom calls are scheduled for the 2nd Thursday of each month, with two exceptions.
October 14 (2nd Tuesday)
March 19 (3rd Thursday)
NOTE: No Zoom call in February because of the Summit.
Calls are at 11 AM AZ time/8 AM HI time. Arizona and Hawaii do not observe Daylight Saving time, so adjust your times accordingly.

All monthly Zoom calls are scheduled for 11 AM Arizona time / 8 AM Hawaii time.
Arizona and Hawaii do not change times with Daylight Savings Time.

Until the clocks "fall back" in November, the calls are at 11 AM Pacific / 1 PM Central / 2 PM Eastern.
After Daylight Savings Time ends in November, the calls are at 10 AM Pacific / 12 PM Central / 1 PM Eastern.

The total cost for the cohort is $1349. You should have paid a deposit of at least $300 with your application.
You can view your balance in a few different ways:
Your confirmation email - if you can find your original confirmation email from Ministry Leader Network, select "Review Online" and log in. This will display your registration and payment summary, including your outstanding balance.
Contact us at admin@ministryleader.net requesting a balance and we will send you a balance due email.
Log in to your account at Ministry Leader Network (churchcenter.com). Select "Signups". Select your WIML Summit, then select "View registration."

You can make a payment a few different ways:

Your $1,349 Cohort fee can be broken down into monthly payments.
A non-refundable $300 deposit is paid with the application.
$150 due monthly by the 2nd Thursday of each month
Balance due at Summit
Payments in advance are also welcome, as are donations to support other participants.

To request financial assistance, please send an email to WIML@ministryleader.net, explaining your need for assistance.
We cannot promise anything, but if you need help, we will do what we can to find a scholarship.

Ministry Leader Network is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible. There are three funds you can donate to: the Ministry Leader Network Donations, WIML Donations, and Essential Conference Donations. All funds donated to MLN are utilized in the ministry's work. All funds donated to WIML are allocated to fund the WIML Cohorts specifically.
Use the link to donate to the WIML Scholarship Fund. You can enter a participant’s name if you would like to recommend your donation be applied to their balance. If no participant is recommended, please type “General”.

Our monthly calls are a vital part of the program. Please notify your coach if you are unable to attend the session. Please do everything you can to prioritize the monthly Zoom session.

Coaching is a required element of the WIML Cohort. Each participant is assigned to a coach and a triad partner. Each coach has 4-8 participants with 2-4 triad groups, making up their community group.
During the monthly Zoom calls, community groups will meet between sessions 1 and 3.
Between the monthly Zoom calls, coaches will schedule a time to meet with each triad group.

Counseling is an integral part of the WIML program. While not required, we encourage our participants to take advantage of the wonderful gift of one free counseling session each. Additional counseling appointments can be scheduled at a negotiated rate of $95 each.

Mentoring is an integral part of the WIML process. One mentoring session is required and free to you. Additional mentoring sessions are available for $45 a session.

The WIML Summit is a required and key part of the WIML program. It is a celebration of the growth we have accomplished and a time of powerful encouragement and sending of our ministry leaders.
The Arizona Summit is February 2-4
The Hawaii Summit is February 23-25

The Presbytery is a power component of the WIML Summit. Each participant will receive a personal time of prayer and prophetic during the Summit.
