Heidi Pimental is a Christ-centered Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Foursquare minister based in Hawaii. She specializes in healing the mind, body, heart, and soul through spiritual and pastoral counseling. With a heart for restoration, Heidi creates sacred spaces for stillness and connection with God, guiding others toward peace and wholeness.

Alongside her husband, Kiha, she serves through Foursquare Missions International, the missionary sending arm of Foursquare (FMI), offering care and ministry both locally and globally. Heidi is a devoted wife, mom to five, proud grandmother of two, and dog mom to two playful pups.

When she’s not counseling, she’s soaring the skies as a flight attendant with Hawaiian Airlines. Heidi’s passion is to help others build healthy habits rooted in Christ’s love and joy.
