For over 30 years, I have had the privilege of serving in ministry as a pastor, mentor, and encourager to children, young adults, women, couples, and leaders as they navigate life's joys, challenges and seasons of growth. I am an experienced church planter and dedicated to helping people discover God's purpose and His transforming love.

Alongside ministry, God has called me to serve in the marketplace as a business continuity, emergency management and disaster recovery professional. Whether in ministry or in business, I am passionate about helping people and organizations build resilience, navigate change, and move forward in confidence and hope.

One of my greatest blessings in my life is my family. My beloved husband, Alex Michel, and I shared more than 27 years of fruitful marriage and ministry before he transitioned to heaven in 2021. I am a proud mama to two daughters, two sons, two sons-in-law, and two fur babies.

As a life-long learner, I earned a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from Life Pacific University in 2022, a journey that deepend both my leadership and commitment to serve others well. Today, I am a volunteer pastor at Metro Christian Church in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. I deeply believe in the power of community and the importance of having a safe and healthy place to heal, grow, and encounter God's presence.
