As the founder of Grace North Church in Phoenix, Arizona, she nurtured its growth from a six-member gathering in her living room to a network spanning three locations and five congregations over the course of 18 years.
Stepping down in 2021, she shifted her focus to mentoring national and global leaders. Marion's strategic acumen shines through in her founding role of the Ministry Leader Network (MLN). This platform underscores her commitment to empowering ministry and business leaders through opportunities such as MLN Leadership Cohorts, WIML (Women in Ministry Leadership) Collective, and Essential Conference. Her leadership impact resonates globally, with initiatives extending to Australia, Brazil, Canada, the Czech Republic, England, Israel, Germany, South Africa, and Thailand.
