Katie Gale is a former educator with more than 25 years of ministry and leadership experience. She is a California State Realtor®, licensed minister, and served for over 21 years with The Foursquare Church, most recently as Director of Staff + Leadership Support.

Since 2008, Katie and her husband, Tim, have served as co-founding members and ministers of The Gathering, a Foursquare Simple Church Network, alongside senior leaders Jack and Angie Richey. She is passionate about disciple-making, developing healthy leaders, and helping people discover their God- given purpose and flourish spiritually, personally, and relationally.

Katie holds a B.A. in Sociology/Social Work (Theatre Arts minor) from George Fox University, and both a Master of Strategic Leadership and Certificate in Chaplaincy from Life Pacific University. She and Tim have been married for 26 years and have two adult children, Madeline and Noah, along with their beloved Jack Chi, Oliver. They reside in Santa Clarita, California.
