Chanda Crutcher’s journey is one of purpose, passion, and profound service. Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and now calling Huntsville, Alabama home, Chanda has dedicated more than 30 years to championing the well-being of others, embodying the belief that true ministry happens at the speed of life.

Married to her soulmate, Darrell, for over half of her life, Chanda’s love story began in friendship and blossomed over ten years and has since flourished into a partnership that grounds everything she does. Together, they are the proud parents of five children—Caleb, Cevyn, Caylani, Ckingston, and their youngest, 9-year-old Cyng Joy. Their family is the heartbeat of her existence, fueling her commitment to build a world where “intentional love” is the cornerstones of every interaction.

As an ordained Foursquare Minister and the Atlantic District Supervisor, Pastor Chanda brings spiritual wisdom and stewardship to over 250 churches across twenty-one states on the East Coast. She offers a steady hand and a compassionate heart, guiding communities with grace and care. But her service to humanity doesn’t end there. As the Founder and CEO of the American Senior Assistance Program, she has provided in-home care and geriatric care management to older and disabled adults, ensuring they are seen, heard, and cared for with dignity.

Chanda’s impact is perhaps most profoundly felt through The Legacy Center, a vision she founded and now serves as Board Chair. The first and only non-profit intergenerational day program for adults living with dementia and traumatic brain injury in Alabama, The Legacy Center is more than a facility—it is a sanctuary where people in their 3rd and 4th quarters of life are embraced, understood, and supported. Through this work, Chanda demonstrates her unwavering commitment to those in need, to those who have often been overlooked or forgotten.

At the core of Chanda’s philosophy lies a belief that has been refined over decades of experience: Relational Equity is the greatest form of currency.
