Rhonda Lehuanani Cabello serves as the Administrator and Co-Pastor of Hope Collective Church on the beautiful Garden Island of Kauaʻi. She also provides leadership for the church's Kids Connection and Women's Ministries, where she is passionate about discipleship, encouraging spiritual growth, and helping individuals and families experience the transforming love of Jesus Christ.

Rhonda has been married to her husband, John, for 30 years, and together they have been blessed with three wonderful adult sons: Noah, Jonah, and Elisha. Her family is one of God's greatest gifts, and she treasures every opportunity to spend time with her ʻohana.

A passionate advocate for children, Rhonda has a special heart for those who are underserved and facing difficult circumstances. One of the ministries closest to her heart is Operation Christmas Child, where she enjoys partnering with the Kauaʻi community to thoughtfully gather treasures from local thrift stores and garage sales creating shoebox gifts filled with love, joy, and encouragement. Her prayer is that every child who receives a shoebox will not only feel valued and deeply loved but will also hear the life-changing message of the Gospel and come to know the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Beyond ministry, Rhonda enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness, traveling, spending time at the beach, and watching Kauaʻi's beautiful sunsets. She also enjoys inspirational films, true stories, and uplifting comedies. At home, she shares life with her beloved fur babies—dogs Lulu, Momi, and Haku, along with her cat, Riku.

Above all, Rhonda's life and ministry are centered on her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. She is committed to serving others with compassion, leading with humility and integrity, and equipping the next generation to grow in faith and discover God's purpose for their lives. Her greatest desire is to glorify God by sharing His love, extending His grace, and pointing others to the hope found in Christ.
