SARAH ANDRUZSKO
counselor.
shepherd, warrior, princess
shining light in the darkness.
Sarah Andruszko is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping women find hope, healing, and renewed purpose through a Christ-centered approach to counseling. With 17 years of experience counseling individuals, military families, and those navigating life’s most difficult seasons, Sarah provides a safe, compassionate space where women can experience God’s grace while gaining practical tools for lasting change. For the past 25 years, she has also had the privilege of shepherding and discipling women, bringing a wealth of ministry experience and walking alongside them in their faith journeys with care, wisdom, and encouragement. Having lived and counseled in eight different countries, Sarah brings a deep cultural sensitivity and appreciation for diverse backgrounds, allowing her to connect with women from many walks of life with empathy and understanding. She graduated from LPU and Western Seminary and is currently pursuing her doctorate in marriage and family therapy at Chaminade University.
Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches integrated with biblical truth, Sarah helps women overcome anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and the emotional burdens that can leave them feeling stuck. She is also a subject matter expert in ADHD and autism, bringing specialized insight and compassionate support to women and families navigating neurodiversity. Sarah believes true healing occurs when emotional wellness and spiritual growth come together, empowering women to embrace the identity and freedom God has for them.
As both a counselor and a minister, Sarah is committed to walking alongside women with authenticity, compassion, and unwavering faith. Her desire is to help each woman discover that no matter her past or present circumstances, there is hope, healing, and restoration through Christ.
When she’s not counseling, Sarah enjoys spending time with her toy poodle, Nalu, exploring God’s creation through scuba diving, and embracing life as an explorer at heart. Having traveled to 57 countries, she looks forward to future adventures and to seeing more of the world, while encouraging others to live with courage, purpose, and faith.
