Dianne Park
Dianne Park is a wife and mom first but is also a pastor at Metro Christian Church in Honolulu, HI. She loves the Word of God and never shies away from sharing about Jesus wherever she goes. She desires to see women not only know the uncompromising truths of Scripture intellectually but experience them practically through the power of the Holy Spirit. She and her husband, Kaulana, have been married for over 27 years and have been blessed with three amazing sons.
Dianne works closely with Dr. Marion Ingegneri in her work to empower Women In Ministry Leadership (WIML) and she serves as the Director of WIML here in the Hawaiian Islands. She is a team builder and has built a stellar team that serves the Hawai’i WIML Cohorts. We have graduated over 120 women leaders that have been catapulted into their God-given purpose.
She is also the Director of the Hawai’i Essential Conference that held its third conference on Oahu partnering with Foursquare Churches across the islands.
Dianne is also the Foursquare Pacific District Women’s Mobilizer that seeks to function as a networker, group leader and coordinator for women in ministry leadership from the discovery stage to placement as a Senior Pastor. She works with the other district mobilizers across the nation and the local churches to focus on advancing women to training and senior leadership to affirm their calling and assignment.
In addition to Dianne’s amazing ministerial leadership, she is also a successful businesswoman specializing in Diabetes care and serving as the Sr. Executive Territory Manger for Eli Lilly on Oahu.

Kari Casteel
I consider it an exciting honor to be able to serve as the AZ WIML Director! Ever since I was saved and filled with the Holy Spirit at 12 years old, I have had a longing to be right in the midst of the amazing work God does. And so it is with joy that I help facilitate God’s working in your life through the ministry of WIML.
I have served as a pastor to children, youth, and young adults. Currently, I serve alongside my husband, Andrew, as the Co-Lead Pastor of Grace Chapel in Tempe, AZ. I love people, preaching, leading, building teams, creative projects, and adventures in ministry.
Andrew and I have been happily married for 31 years! Still can’t believe it myself. We are blessed with 7 children, 2 sons-in-law, and 4 adorable grandkids. I’ve invested most of those 31 years in my kids' education as a homeschool mom. The homeschool accomplishment most precious to my heart is having been able to teach each of them to read.
I graduated from WIML in 2018 with such encouragement and clarity of purpose that I have been able to step into God’s plans for me with confidence. God has shown Himself faithful as I've answered the call to preach, teach, lead, and pastor.
My hope and prayer for you is that you receive the same clarity and encouragement that empowers you to confidently step into your future! I am cheering you on!
