If you are looking for a roommate, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we suggest starting with your triad partner, someone you may already know in the cohort, or asking your coach if they know anyone looking for a roommate.

Check-out

The service on Wednesday night goes late. As such, we have asked that you not plan to depart from the area until Thursday. If you are staying in the hotel and you are local, you would be able to drive home on Wednesday night.

You are responsible for your flights into the area and your rides to and from the airport to the summit location. We recommend connecting with your community group to find others who will arrive at the same time as you.

California is generally brisk and beautiful in March. We recommend layers because the weather can be sunny or chilly. Please bring a sweater or jacket for the evenings. The current forecast is mostly sunny, with the warmest temperatures during the day (3 PM - 6 PM) between 70-71 with lows in the 50’s.

what to wear.

Jeans and casual, nice clothing are all great choices. You should plan to bring a sweater or wrap into the meeting spaces, as we tend to keep the temperature cool, and dinners will be served outdoors. Layers are recommended to help you comfortably navigate the common temperature during the day.
