SUMMIT COACH TEAM

At the Summit, your coach serves as your pastor. She deeply cares about you and the journey you are on, and the investment she has made in your life and leadership now comes to a meaningful convergence. While our entire team is here to serve you, the leader closest to you during these days will be your coach. Please inform your coach of any needs, as she is your primary source of pastoral care and support throughout the Summit.

Now that you have spent six months journeying together, you will finally meet your triad partner in person at the Summit. This moment marks a meaningful transition from shared conversations and prayerful preparation to embodied connection, deepening trust, relationship, and the work God has already been forming among you.

The coach and four triads together form a community group. We invite you to lean fully into this space and engage deeply with your community group, as it is designed to be a place of trust, growth, and shared discernment. This is where the strength of the WIML network begins, rooted in a relationship with your coach, your triad partner, and the broader community group. As you invest here, you will experience the power of walking together, learning from one another, and being shaped in community for life and leadership.

We are deeply thankful for this remarkable team that will serve you at the Arizona Summit. Our coaches have been faithfully working together since August, prayerfully preparing to walk with you as you discern and articulate your values and calling statements. After months of collaboration, it is a gift that they now gather in person to serve together in this sacred space.

During the Summit, you will gather regularly in your community group. As noted above, your coach will serve you in a pastoral role during the three days we are together, offering spiritual care, guidance, and encouragement as you steward what God is forming in you.

Much thanks to our lead coaches, Sarah Miller and Christina Inez, whose faithful leadership has shaped this journey. Sarah will take full lead during the Summit, allowing Christina to focus on leading us into worship. Becky Casteel, Missional Coach from our Hawaiʻi Cohort, will join Sarah in guiding participants through the calling statements, bringing depth, wisdom, and seasoned insight. Alicia Ramos from Idaho will lead the Creative Station, making space for expression, reflection, and discovery. As you come together in your community groups, this space will help you engage both your heart and your imagination in focused conversations about values and calling.
